BHP Billiton country manager Vincent Pereira is the new chairman of the Energy Chamber of Trinidad and Tobago.
Pereira was elected yesterday at the Chamber’s annual general meeting held at the Hyatt Regency (Trinidad) hotel in Port of Spain.
He replaced energy executive Roger Packer who served in the position for three years. Pereira said Packer was a “hard act to follow” but said he would continue to push the Chamber’s objectives.
